Steve Fusilier and Chris Pixley of Fusilier Realty Group recently closed a commercial land deal off Narcoossee Rd., across from Ace Hardware and 7-Eleven, that will be the future site of Orlando Medical Center. The complex will be comprised of five 4,800 sq. ft. office/professional buildings. Official groundbreaking on the project is scheduled to take place in the first quarter of 2018 and is expected to reach completion in the third quarter. Taking a page out of the Lake Nona book, the structure's architecture will be modern and high-end, fitting in with its sleek surroundings. More updates on the project to come.
