Amazon Warehouse Project Near Lake Nona is a Go

According to the Orlando Business Journal, a permit for $1.34 million worth of "site infrastructure and utilities for future commercial development" was filed on June 2 for the proposed warehouse site near OIA and Lake Nona. The document was signed by the land owner and Tavistock president, James Zboril. "Project Mojo" is suspected to only be the start of Lake Nona's warehouse district. Similar prospects are reportedly interested in the bringing their "mega distribution models" to the region. This would mean more jobs and more growth for the area. Check back for updates.
