I officially became a realtor in the early 2000’s. I have worked with investors, first time home buyers and sold million dollar properties. I love real estate, it’s in my blood. I’ve sold several hundred properties and KNOW all of Orlando. I have been a resident of the Lake Nona Area for over 30 years. I’m willing to listen to my clients, to make sure I am really clear about what they really desire, and I’m willing to take the to take time to find IT , the right property, the one that you feel in your heart when you see it, and have fun doing it! I have past experience as a mortgage broker and hard money lending which allows us to know right away what type of financing is best for each purchase. In closing, I’m very easy to work with yet very professional. I’d rather lose money than buy or sell the wrong property. I’m willing to work hard until we find the right buyer or seller.
